Tanzanika Ruffin, a native of New Orleans Louisiana, received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Ruffin worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Darryl Derbigny. Ms. Ruffin was also a member of the Loyola Moot Court and Trial Coach for the Loyola Trial Advocacy Team. She has participated as Lead Trial Attorney or Second Chair in approximately ninety trials. She has represented clients in felony jury trials ranging from simple possession of narcotics to second degree murder. Ms. Ruffin is a member of the American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Louis A. Martinet Society, and the board of her local church.
